Built for two kinds of ambition

Aspiring board members

You are a senior executive ready to move from operational leadership into strategic advisory. You need the credentials, the framework and the network to get there.

"The biggest change for me is that move from operations into strategic advisory, taking a bird's eye view of what corporates are doing."
Surina Treon, CMO & Board Member

Current board members

You are already serving on boards and want to sharpen your judgement, stay current on governance best practices and expand your network of peers at board level.

"Serving on a board requires certain responsibilities. Coming here is really just about continuous growth as a director and chairman."
Jason English, Entrepreneur & Chairman

Three days. Real boardroom readiness.

01

Foundation

Director liability, duties and responsibilities under GCC law. Financial management and reporting. Risk management. The legal and financial framework every board member needs.

02

Value Creation

Strategy and value-adding board work. ESG governance. Board recruitment and evaluation. Crisis communication. The relationship between board, management and owners.

03

The Simulation

A full day board simulation built around a sophisticated real-world case. Commercial, strategic, legal and financial challenges, handled under pressure, in a room of peers.

From Participant to Board Member

Common questions

How do I apply, and is there a selection process?

You apply through the form on this page. We review applications individually with a focus on mutual benefit: both whether the programme will deliver what the applicant is looking for, and whether the applicant will contribute to the strength of the cohort. The conversations during the programme are a significant part of its value, so the composition of each group matters. Most applications proceed to a brief discussion before a place is confirmed.

Can my company sponsor my place?

Yes. Many participants are sponsored by their employers as part of leadership development or succession planning. We can provide invoicing and supporting materials to help make the business case to your company.
